How far in advance should we book?
In season (May–September) large picnics are best booked 2–4 months ahead. Smaller events can be arranged in 3–4 weeks.
Do you organise picnics across Poland?
Yes. We deliver corporate picnics nationwide — on your grounds, by your office or at a proven outdoor venue nearby.
What guest numbers do you handle?
From intimate gatherings of 50 people to large family events for 3000 guests. We scale attractions and catering accordingly.
What if it rains?
Every picnic is planned with a weather contingency: marquees, tents and a sheltered plan B. We monitor the forecast with you.
