A family day is an event where employees bring their families. It is one of the most effective employer-branding formats - it shows the company values people not only as employees, but also as parents and partners.
The heart of a family day is the kids' zone: animators running games, bouncy castles, craft workshops, face painting and a mini obstacle course - all in a safe, fenced space supervised by qualified staff.
