No weather plan B
The most common and most painful mistake. Without marquees and a contingency scenario, one rainfall can ruin the whole event. Plan B is not optional, it's a must.
Wrong attractions and queues
Too few zones for a large crowd means queues and boredom. Attractions must be scaled to participant numbers and split into parallel zones.
No coordination on the day
