Dropping single-use plastic for reusable or compostable tableware is the simplest step. Water stations instead of bottles cut waste.
Catering without waste
Good portion estimates, local and seasonal suppliers and a plan for surplus reduce food waste and the transport footprint.
Sorting and communication
Clear waste-sorting zones and a short note to guests really raise recycling levels. It's worth showing the eco approach in event comms too.
