Attractions for different ages
Toddlers need a calmer zone (craft corner, bubbles, mini-slides), older children an obstacle course, team games and workshops. It's worth separating these spaces.

A fenced zone, certified equipment, a lost-child point and access to medical care are elements you must not skip at an event with children.
